Application Process - New Members

You may choose to register and pay using our online registration system (with online credit card processing) or by printing and submitting forms by mail  with your cheque payable to MAHE.

Effective September, 2014, any undergraduate/graduate student registered in the Home Economics/Human Ecology field of study may apply for free MAHE membership. As with all MAHE memberships, acceptance is subject to approval by the Admissions Committee. Renewal is required annually.

Form Completion Fees

If you have verification of licensure or similar forms for other regulators that you wish to have MAHE complete, please see the Member Renewal page for details and fees.

To register online:

Note: a $4.50 processing fee applies.

To print and mail in your membership forms:

  1. General Information and Dues
  2. New Member application form
  3. Limitation to use of personal information form
  4. Review the Code of Professional Conduct


Simply complete the application form and submit to MAHE, along with the required membership dues, as outlined on the General Information and Dues sheet. Include your credentials as outlined in the information sheet. Please also sign and include the Limitation to Use form if you wish.
