Renewing MAHE Members may choose to register and pay via our online registration system (with online credit card processing) or through forms that are available for print and submission via regular mail (standard cheque payable to MAHE as payment).

The Member Renewal Application package for the 2010-2011 membership year includes the following items:

Simply complete the application form and submit to MAHE, along with the required membership dues, as outlined on the General application instruction sheet.

Include a completed Limitation to use of personal information form, if desired.
