Application Process - New Members


New MAHE Members may choose to register and pay via our online registration system (with online credit card processing) or through forms that are available for print and submission via regular mail (standard cheque payable to MAHE as payment).

Please note the following information prior to registering:

The New Member Application package for the 2011-12 membership year includes the following items:

1. New Member application form (8.5 x 14 inch paper) -  Click Here
2. Limitation to use of personal information form -  Click Here

Simply complete the application form and submit to MAHE, along with the required membership dues, as outlined on the General application instruction sheet. Include your credentials as outlined in the instruction sheet.

Include a completed Limitation to use of personal information form, if desired.
